Description

Velox Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Operation professional to oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, employee database management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support a seamless employee lifecycle and maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment operations and assist in onboarding processes
  • Prepare offer letters, joining formalities, and exit documentation
  • Assist in payroll inputs and compliance with labor laws
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee benefits
  • Liaise with internal departments to support HR initiatives
  • Ensure all HR practices align with legal regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in India
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management tools
